ma take:-- dey arent f ne help 2 d candidates who aims for a serious career...do it just 4 fun...in practicall lyf u wnt b gaining nethng except a increase in pocket money......

theres no point of joining a bpo unless u plan to stick to it for above 8 years..coz by then you'll be promoted to the top 1% of the company..whre you'll have job security and a good salary..

otherwise in my opinion its kind of a waste of time..which could be put to better use..and best for people who dont have a degree
