CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD PART-1

DISCLAIMER: my intention is not to hurt anybody’s
religious sentiments and want to apologize to all those who feel that
the views expressed here are inappropriate…but I have been wanting to
express my views on this topic for a long time and so I have done.

I hope my viewpoint comes across.










BANG! I wake up with a start;

"It was only a dream ",I say to myself;

I lay in bed;

Collecting my thoughts.



Hindus killing Muslims;

Muslims doing the same;

All this in the name of religion;

Driving the world insane.



The maulvis and pandits;

At the core of it all;

Instigating brothers against each other;

That is their job after all.



Temples decimated;

Mosques demolished;

The mother raped,then killed;

The father slaughtered.



The child,orphaned, walks through crimson fields;

Trying to figure out what has happened;

But there's no-one to answer him;

He's left dazed and confused.



He wanders around aimlessly;

Yearning for the comforting face of his Maa;

His ears aching to hear his Abba's call;

But he sees nor hears nothing.



The gory blanket covering the dead scares him;

That deafening silence very discomforting;

He wants to cry,but there's no-one to turn to;

He holds back his tears and moves on.



The child has grown;

His parents no more;

The maulvis and pandits still exist;

Need i say more.



Now it's his turn to go through the grind;

Like thousands before him;

The "wise men"trying to manipulate his mind;

But he has made his choice and so must we;

Humanity above all religions;

That is the way to proceed.....

lot of feeling...strong ones...i do not blame you for this outburst...the soul is cut apart at times by these images...learn to live with it...there is hope for as bob dylan said "the times they are changing"...those who separate our countrymen shall fry in hell someday...

i agree with wat u ahve to say here...all of us have learned to live with these things...such communal differences have been passed on for generations and are still visible in our society...its a harsh reality...but then again its us who can put an end to this...so i wrote this with that intention

do u mean the title????i dont really know man....its something that justcame to my mind and i wrote it down...havent read it newher...if it is please let me know..just so you know i wrote this sometime last year....i wud appreciate it if u give me the reference of the book that ur refeering to

it was rlly hard hitting-u read leon uris and wilbur smith u'll get to know real violence n the saddst part s tht its real...
