The term devils advocate, as far as my knowledge goes, refers to some person taking a position for the sake of an argument (probably in group discussions) The term traces its origin to Christianity(i think so......).....the hint given by merv,(for my name sake) denotes that he will defend himself...hmmmmm and he is a roman catholic.......for his name sake MERVYN SAMUEL GEORGE..... he will be the devils advocate................

so, his name becomes '666' and that is widely regarded as the number of the BEAST. So, mervyn becomes the beast.

and as for the clue, he is the beast for his namesake, for the sake of his name!

difference between creativity and originality?

All creativity is not originality.
And if that be, creativity may very well be found in re-doing originality.

Yet, if that be, originality is a separate entity.

hmmm...wats original? something that has never been thot of or been done before....its new...its untouched

wats creative? well, the word finds its root from latin called creatus which literally means 'to have grown'....so creativity can grow from originality

ur right when u say zat 'all creativity is not originality'...in fact a frnd of mine said ze very same thing....but all 'originality is creative'

since creativity is a result of the combination originality, i think every basic entity can be regarded as original....
example, water...the basic tool of survival...n then drinks like pepsi, coke etc are the creative offshoots of the basic thirst quencher:)...dunno if zat sounds lame

then theres music...a frnd told me that the most original sounds were created loong time back...n today all music is a combination of those sounds...thats creativity...
