hi all.
its a pretty strainuous job 2 self describe 1slf,coz u hve got so much 2 say,n still manage 2 grope 4 wrdz,n no better.i'll just try n give my best shot.
im called UTSAB,n i do have a surname,but my name is my only individuality,n i believe a surname is only a social baggage.well,till 2 yrs back,i used 2 b in school...st.Xavier's,it was,n like anybody else,im absolutely proud 2 of my alma matre.slogged it out in hotel mgt. 4 a yr,although ot was nvr the call of my heart.the reasons are best left untouched in ths forum.as of nw,im bck 2 the grid,taking guard,afresh.im gonna pursue BBA,now,in ashtosh college.i really really wish tht i create a niche 4 myself,thr.
abt my likings n dislikings,its got 2 b a pretty short n sweet list.i love such alienated thngs as philosophhy n psychology.i love reading.but thn,im not all much in2 sheldon,archer or agatha cristie.i love reading works by the likes of Gorky,Dostoyevsky,Gogol,Pushkin n G.B.Shaw.n yeah,the list wud b grossly incomplete if i dnt name Kafka n Freud in the list of my favs.
as far as music is concerned,music itself is too vast n too beautiful 2 limit my likings 2 just a few.but if ever i had 2 draw up a list of favs,PINK FLOYD,NIRVANA,DIRE STRAITS,METALLICA,BOB MARLEY n COLDPLAY wud feature rite on the top.as far as hindi music is concerned,the golden oldie melodies r irreplaceable.so it goes without saying,tht KISHORE KUMAR n MD.RAFI r absolutely too good when the mood demands them.RABINDRASANGEETs also touch a chord or two,when im in the groove.n yes,i do occassionally strum n give the TURNTABLES a go,but strictly for my buddies.
movies....im not all tht in2.the last english movie tht i watched n liked was,SAVING PRIVATE RYAN.but my all time fav shud b LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.FRIDA cums a close second.
im a majortime aamir khan fan,as far as bollywood is concerned,n although im not a movie buff,i still make it a point 2 catch his movies,coz they r so few,n far between(LOL).rangeela,dil chahta hai,lagaan n RDB were mindblowing,n so were jo jeeta wohi sikander,qayamat se qayamat tak n dil.he is too good,maan.
last,but definitely not the least,the fav punchline,or oneliner 4 me....im not too sure abt it,but maybe it shud be the bob dylan song...
