College Festivals

Well I think college festivals are awesome and are good fun for all people. You have great events for people having a variety of talents, you have debates, dramatics, ad-mads, group discussions, paper presentations, and more stuff like this....its very enjoyable!!!!

am sure you love them arjun...after all this is the time wen you make lots of moolah to add to ur stupid account book....

Indeed, that is a point one doesn't like to miss out, n'est ce pas?
Though I must say it's a great platform for interaction between students of different colleges. And other colleges do get insights of your own campus-culture.

vaise dhruv..most of us here are from delhi colleges...but u being from manipal, m sure have lots of details u can share with us...i mean hows the fest at manipal lyk? wat do you guys do....am sure u guys have lotsa fun being residentilal students....

We indeed have an amazing time living on campus.. It's an experience that's incomparable and more about that I shall share over the days..

But as for their fest, I find it rather below standards. That's primarily because of the remote location. Few are willing to venture into those areas. But it's picking up and improving with time. Crossing my fingers..

I had a delightful experience at IIM Bangalore festival this Feb though.. A most rewarding experience. Was rather excited to see the spirits of some kids from IITB

oh...i'll be waiting to get the details about life at manipal...vasie i attended teh BITS Pilani annual fest...OASIS.....it was one memorable experience...those late night walks...practices....thru teh nite rock shows....night canteen....cycle rickshaw rides....lazing around in the birla mandir courtyard...it was soo much fun...i could guess how much fun it is for ppl to live in a residential campus....i wish my collg had girls hostel...

Yes, campus life is the best.. I can't wait to get back to college!

BITS does have a very renowned fest.. Though can't imagine you had to go there to enjoy rickshaw rides.. I thought North Campus was renowned for them!

And yes, the walks, the shows and late night snacks are fun! And in some cases, night outs at beaches etc. for us

well college fests are rocking for me simply for one sole reason.......the kind of rock bands and the music you get to hear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its simply awesome umpteeen bands with a new kinda musiccccccccccccccccc to woo you at any cost!!!!!!!!!!

and apart from that wen you enter other coollegesss you get to make new friends as well..(and yeah hot guyss as weelll!!!!!)
