I stumbled headlong into the silky darkness Of this night The ensemble by Death meetly worn The cry of pain haunting my veins Infinite dreams....all denied Then suddenly shot through into space I land on the Kryptonite rock of my delusions My fantasies... My dreams all ripping apart my heart Was it all just wasted time Or the beginning of the Wasted Years I'd rather be given Euthanasia Not be killed...but killed mercifully Than drink on the Poison of reality The clairvoyance.. which i have Will never tell me the truth The lies that i tell.. keep tying me in my web the cold sweat running down my veins... breaks my bones and sucks out my blood Like a sapsucker I villify everyone I ...I can't breathe I wish i was INSOMNIATED I see my lil self it says "The shadow of the wickerman has haunted me And now he is coming for you So hide under the sheets And pray your Lord your soul to keep And if you die before you wake May the Lord your soul take.."

I cant take it
let me live... LET ME LIVE

And then darkness dispels
The fear fades
Satan leaves my throat
And I see the rosy hues of the morning....

nice one...i write poems too but have loads of trouble with titles..

i try to scream
out comes a cry
i want to see
im all but blind
i need to hear
and to be heard
my voice drowns
in my own tears
silent tears are paid no heed
mindless panic chokes
thoughts are rattling to be freed
only to be hung from a rope...

interesting....

funny how i seem to come up wid these right before my MATH papers!..its called 'The end of a fairy tale..'


A little child is swinging on a swing.
Higher and higher she goes.
Her squeals of delight fill the sky.
Heads turn in wonder, of the people passing by.
But she knows not the limit;
nor the consequences of crossing it…
She loves to dream
and enter the magical realm
of tales full of magic, true love and friendship.
Without an idea that those are fairy tales...
Stories where the world is surreal.
Where the hero never fails…
tales of miracles and stories that heal.
The only tales that end 'happily ever after'
unlike the harsh endings of the real wide world
which she is unaware of…
She now laughs at her innocence…
Her dreams are shattered, she's grown up now.
She feels like a failure, she feels cheated, and how!
Her world of limitless possibilities
has been reduced to a black hole by cruel cunning hands;
with all her hopes and aspirations sucked in.
Now all that remains is her lonely self,
dejected, with a huge sense of loss;
hating the hypocrites of her world.
She looks back, tears welling her eyes
wishing she had never met them;
hoping her beautiful universe could come back.
It was mythical and mystical, yes,
But her swings always went higher
And her fantasy heroes never made her cry...

well i always like poems i also undrstnd thm.. bt i hv never been able to write one myselff(i hv tried many times)

hey gud thread suparno.......... even i love writing but havent had the time or inspiration for long now......... this might just provide the spark

poetry is totally different from maths and phy...
