Should Mohammad Afzal Guru be hanged?

For all those who do not know,this guy plotted the Parliament attack,FAILED TO KILL ANY OF THE CORRUPT B******S IN THERE,managed to kill security guards,got caught,was to be hung,but he still has the guts to beg for mercy from the Prez.And then,Mr.Kalam,in all his knowledge and greatness,takes up all the time in the world and still isnt able to pass a judgement whether he shud be hung or not!

What do u guys say,should he be given capital punishment or.....

is that a trick question???of course he shud be hanged...in public...for not killing the morons....but on a more serious note...he shud be hanged to death...
