Do you believe that too much personal familiarity would increase the chances of fault finding by your subordinates or do you believe that now they’ll be able to understand and forgive your inadequacies more often? Do you believe that too much familiarity would convert those room mates into inseparable best friends or unhealthy competitors?

yes,i believe dat is d process of gettin close to sumone,n wen ur close to someone u do get the freedom to be open abt discussin certain things,including fault-finding,or other stuff they don find dat great abt u.
