Q.How do u define NORMAL? what is normal for you?
And i mentioned teh output in my previous post. Try n read carefuly. I know its difficult for you...still make an effort...i know they wont be teaching you to read carefuly in your 'professional course'!
The output was that Arjun Singh's plan has NOT BEEN implemented completely.
