Sometimes i feel like smashing somthing( or someone) or feel defeated and dejected.I tell myself something like this-
take a deep breath
it will all be ok
just a phase
it will go away
close your eyes
dont shut them though
you're not blind
you need to know
dont talk dont listen
be silent be alone
you will know when
to go out and face it all
unchain your thoughts
hear what others have to say
you will know how
how to make it all ok
