With the advent of open economy there had been
many changes in the indian economic structure..... but formation of SEZ
s... which almost is a country within another, where no labour law is
applicable, with its own laws and controls over factors and motive of
maximising production is sure a boon to the industrialists.... but are
they reallly of any good to the countrys economy?industrialisation is
sure required for develpoment!but is SEZ a solution

well...evry action or step has a beneficial n a negetive aspect to it...Undoubtedly the absence of rigid labour lawz spell exploitation for the labour community but lets nt forget dat SEZ is a major step twrdz the growth n industrialization of ne country.SEZ will help create employment n boost the national income of da country.More exports n less imports is the basic step twrds da growth of ne country.moreovr due to "multiplier effect " other subsidary industries also receive a boost...
so basically SEZ is an imp part of our growth structure n the stepping stone towards becoming a developd nation frm a developing one.......

the benefits again is restricted to the upper stratas in reality .... the farmer who's displaced, whos land is taken over.... is often left with an amount tht is scarcely enough as a compensation, for those who get tht rags to riches are scarcely a situation tht lasts...... in many areas apart from the land owners there are what we locally call "bhag chasi"..... there is really no scope in reality for employing the ousted labourers particularly the unskilled labour section!the employment generated is largely restricted to section that consists of the 8-15% of our population.deny it or agree to it... SEZ does leave the door wide open for eploitation of the labourers particularly....what can happen in an idea situation is an absurd illusion, reality is what we all have to live!

I am totally for SEZ's, because it is a time for India to go in for industrialization...and being a little bit of an agriculture fan (lolz..i research a lot on it) i believe that even agriculture can be commercialized and under the SEZ laws can be carried out in such an aermarked land.
